SmashFeed: Official debate.

Mon Feb 01, 2016 9:40 pm by SpaceJunk

We've been putting this aside for way too long.
Typically I would post this in the Staff Board, but there's so few members as of now it doesn't matter.
It's time to act now.
We need to work together as a community.
For the past few months we just made a thread every once in a while saying "we need 2 do a new smdafed" and then there was a few comments. Rinse and repeat.
I'd like to make …

The plan.

Mon Mar 21, 2016 5:37 am by Meclent

So, I've been thinking of what future Smashfeed should be to succeed, and I have thought of a plan for us to follow to create new Snashdeed, including tips for gaining users.
1. New Name: A new name representing us it vital, he'll, anything related to video games will be good, this will definitely attract more users.

2. Doing it: To reboot SmashFeed we should get a time good for all of us to …

My top 5 favorite games of all time

My top 5 favorite games of all time

While I didn't necessarily like the gameplay much (although far superior to EarthBound's), it didn't really mayter to me, since the game has an outstanding story and character cast. Not to mention its music, pretty amazing.
I think this game is definitely worth it for fans of the genre.

2. Majora's Mask
Wether it be the original N64 or 3DS version, this is by far my favorite Zelda game ever. Sure, it's rather short, with only 3 dungeons, but it more than makes up for it with some amazing side quests. Length of the game aside, this game is notable for its colorful atmosphere, yet surprisingly dark themes, which make it way more intriguing to me as a player.

3. Skyward Sword (Yes, 2 Zeldas in a row)
Don't hate me for saying this, but if it weren't for nostalgia, this would probably be my favorite Zelda game of all time. The main complaint I see with this game is that the "motion controls sucked", but to be honest, I loved them and would be more than happy to see this control scheme return in future Zeldas. Aside from the controls, the artstyle in this game which is most likely a combination between the artstyles of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess, is my favorite in the series. The storytelling in this game was also, in my opinion, brilliant.

4. Super Mario Galaxy
This game is probably the most solid platformer I've ever played, the controls were innovative, along with its concept. I'm sure many would agree, this game revolutionized its genre. The Mario series has never had an emphasys on storytelling, and this game doesn't change that, as the story is basically the same as in the other Mario games, but what makes it stand out from the rest for me are not only its amazing graphics (for the Wii), but also its music and level designs.

5. Sonic Unleashed (Yes, I know you hate me now Smile )
The one major problem people have with this game is the Werehog stages, because it's not typical for Sonic games to have beat-em-ups stages, and much less have them take up more than half of the game. But I'll admit, I really enjoyed playing as the werehog and using different combos to attack enemies. And once you get over the Werehog stages, the game is just plain beautiful in almost every factor. The levels are well designed and extremely well detailed, and the background music that plays in the background is also really good. The characters didn't annoy me that much at all, and the story was pretty decent.

Majora's Mask (I've only played the 3DS version) is my favorite Zelda game! Very Happy

And I enjoyed Unleashed, too, although I wouldn't consider it a favorite.
